✈️ How to Travel from Singapore to Tibet

Traveling to Tibet from Singapore is quite convenient. The most common method is to fly from Singapore to one of China’s major gateway cities—Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi’an, and others—and then continue to Lhasa by either Tibetan train or domestic flight, once you’ve received your Tibet Travel Permit. Alternatively, travelers can enter Tibet from Nepal, which lies close to Tibet. In this case, both a Tibet Travel Permit and a Chinese Group Visa are required.
